Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and its affiliated firms, entities and related undertakings (‘Freshfields’) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of users to the Bribery Watch Extranet (‘the Extranet’).  Please read the following Privacy Policy, in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, to understand how your information will be treated.

You may choose to provide information to us which we may use to supplement the information provided on the version of the Extranet made available to members of your organisation.

How we use this information

Information submitted on the Extranet will be used for the purposes for which you give your consent.  Only you and Freshfields will be able to use information provided by you.  

Transfer of information abroad and disclosure to third parties

We may, for the above-mentioned purposes, transfer your information overseas to any of our offices, affiliated firms, entities or related undertakings. Some of our offices, affiliated firms, entities or related undertakings are located in the countries outside the European Economic Area which do not have well developed data protection legislation when compared to European law.  However, for the processing of your data, Freshfields will at all times ensure a data protection level equal to the one in the European Economic Area. 


We may use cookies  to ensure that only you and we will be able to see information you provide to us for inclusion on the Extranet.

Freshfields acknowledges that the information you provide to us may be confidential.  Freshfields will maintain the confidentiality of and protect your information in accordance with its normal procedures and all applicable laws.

We have a legal obligation to ensure that your information is kept accurate and up to date.  Please assist us to comply with this obligation by ensuring that you inform us of any changes to your information.  You have a right to request details of the information we hold about you and to delete or rectify any inaccurate information about you by sending a written request to
